John Turner

John Turner


John is a marketing research veteran with more than 40 years in the business, and is the head research practitioner at Turner Research Network. He founded the firm in 1997 after spending 20 years on the corporate side, working for Fortune 100 companies in the chain restaurant, media and telecommunication sectors. He has a Bachelor of Arts in history from Tulane University and a Master of Arts in journalism and communication from the University of Florida, with specialization in communications research.

Fun Fact about John: He plays trumpet and has performed on a USO tour. He is thrilled that Chicago has been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Jenny Wood

Jenny Wood


Jenny is a key member of the creative and client service team at Turner Research Network. You will find her interacting daily with clients, writing questionnaires and managing the field network among other tasks. She is also a qualitative consultant, focusing on products and services for women, youth and young adults. Jenny received her Bachelor of Arts in communications from Elon University and has been trained at the RIVA Training Institute. 

Fun Fact about Jenny: She and her husband are renovating a home on the Atlanta Beltline.

Melisss Kaiser

Melissa Kaiser

Chief Data Officer

Melissa is the backbone of our data operations and is our “go-to” for all things data and sample-related. She programs online and mobile surveys, and is our data-tabulation and SPSS maven. Before joining Turner Research Network in 2000, she came from the mobile telecommunications world. Melissa has a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Penn State University.

Fun Fact about Melissa: She is Penn State’s biggest fan/alum and her blood runs blue.

Andrea Vivio

Andrea Vivio

Research Associate

Andrea has been with Turner Research Network since 2000 and is the primary analyst and report writer. She has a true talent for transforming raw data into insights and stories. Prior to joining the firm, she excelled as a marketing research manager in mobile telecommunications and automotive manufacturing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Clemson University and a Master of Marketing Research from the University of Georgia.

Fun Fact about Andrea: On fall Saturdays, she transforms from a mild-mannered researcher into a college football fanatic, decked out in Clemson orange and cheering on her Tigers.
